General Swedish Massage:
The most common form of massage. A system of smooth, definitive strokes and gentle kneading to induce relaxation of the muscles and connective tissue and an enhanced feeling of well-being.
$40.00 for 30 minutes.
$50.00 for 45 minutes.
$70.00 for 60 minutes.
$90.00 for 90 minutes.
Hot Stone Massage:
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic Massage Therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The Massage Therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. It's also suited for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles without using deep pressure.
$85.00 (This massage lasts about 65 minutes.)
Mini-Stone Massage:
As Hot Stone Massage above, except this massage is localized to certain areas of the body at the clients request.
$60.00 (This massage lasts about 45 minutes.)
Deep Tissue Massage:
Works into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to smooth and separate muscle fibers and break up scar tissue for rehabilitative purposes.
$55.00 for 30 minutes.

$100.00 for 90 minutes.
Trigger Point Therapy:
Application of pressure to "trigger points" - painful, irritated areas in muscles, that when released, will restore circulation and proper physiological functioning of the nervous and musculo-skeletal systems.

Prenatal Massage:
Focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the changes due to pregnancy. This is not a replacement for medical care, but rather as an aid in the health and rapid recovery of the mother. This massage will focus treatment on the concerns of each trimester. After the mother has given birth, treatment will assist in restoring the body back to its normal condition. Prenatal massage may also help reduce and/or eliminate excess water retention.
$50.00 for 30 minutes

Sports Massage:
For the seasoned sportsman/competitor/player or the weekend athlete. Enhance your workout, increase circulation to aid in the removal of toxins, prevent soreness, and relieve muscle spasms with sports massage.

Chair Massage:
Done on an ergonomically designed Massage Chair, fully clothed, with out any lotions or oils.
$5 for 5 minutes
$10 for 10 minutes

Bundles:
For every 6, full price, 60 minute massages you receive, you get a free 60 minute massage.
For every 8, full price, 90 minute massages you receive, you get a free 90 minute massage.
Referrals:
For each new client you refer, who keeps their appointment, you will get a $10 credit towards your next massage or save up 7 referrals and receive a free hour massage. (A massage that includes this $10 credit towards payment will still count towards a full price massage)
Corporate Massage Packages:
Available for businesses that want to invest in a wellness program for their employees. On-site chair massages are very affordable and are proven to improve productivity. Statistics show that up to 90% of all visits to primary physicians are related to stress and that stress accounts for $26 billion in medical and disability payments. Additionally, the National Council on Compensation Insurance reports that over 50% of lost work days are stress related.
Since price varies, by the duration of each massage and the number of massages given, please call for specific pricing.

Cancellations: For the convienence of our Clients and our Massage Therapists we reserve the right to charge all or part of the normal fee of any regularly scheduled massage appointment that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
